Entrepreneur · Operator · Austin, Texas

I’m looking for one great business to make my next chapter.

I’ve spent nearly two decades building businesses, leading digital growth, managing complex relationships and solving the day-to-day problems that come with ownership. Now I’m looking for the right established company to acquire, operate and build on for the long term.

I’m not a private equity fund or a broker. I’m an entrepreneur looking for the right business to personally own.

My background

I know what it means to be responsible for the result.

I’ve spent 18 years on the operating side of business: finding customers, managing vendors, improving systems, handling problems, building websites and sales channels, and making sure the work actually gets done.

01

Entrepreneurship & ownership

I’ve built and operated businesses for nearly two decades. That experience taught me to think beyond a job description: cash flow, customers, reputation, people, execution and the hundreds of small decisions that determine whether a company gets stronger.

02

Digital marketing leadership

As a Director of Digital Marketing, I worked across more than 30 client relationships — balancing strategy, performance, expectations and execution. My background includes customer acquisition, paid media, analytics, conversion, content and marketing systems.

03

eCommerce & operations

I’ve spent years running high-consideration online businesses where marketing is only the beginning. Supplier coordination, logistics, customer service, merchandising, pricing, technology, process design and follow-through all have to work together.

04

Relationships at scale

I’ve managed more than 60 vendor relationships while working across customers, contractors, partners and service providers. I’m comfortable learning how a business really works by listening to the people who already know it.

05

Systems & automation

I like finding repetitive work that can be simplified, measured or automated without losing the human side of the business. Better systems should give good people more leverage — not create complexity for its own sake.

06

Local business network

Austin has been home for years, and I’ve built a network of entrepreneurs, operators and professional relationships here. I value the local knowledge, referrals and trust that make privately owned businesses durable.

Why I’m buying
“I’m not trying to assemble a portfolio of companies. I’m looking for the right business to commit myself to.”

I enjoy building businesses, but I’m increasingly interested in applying what I’ve learned to an established company with real customers, real employees and a track record worth protecting. The right acquisition gives me the opportunity to step into something proven, learn it deeply, and help it reach its next stage.

How I would approach your business

Learn first. Protect what works. Improve deliberately.

1

Listen before changing

The seller, employees, customers and vendors often know where the real value and real friction are. I want to understand that before deciding what should change.

2

Respect the foundation

A company that has lasted was doing something right before I arrived. Brand equity, relationships, institutional knowledge and culture are assets, not obstacles.

3

Bring my strengths

Where useful, I can add experience in digital customer acquisition, marketing automation, eCommerce, data, vendor management and process improvement.

4

Think in years, not quarters

I’m looking for a business I can own with a long horizon. The goal is durable growth and a stronger company, not a quick flip.

For business owners

If you’ve spent years building it, who takes over matters.

Selling a business is different from selling an asset. There are employees, customers, vendor relationships, habits and a reputation tied to the decision. I understand why an owner may care just as much about the next operator as the headline price.

I’ll be straightforward about whether I think there is a fit, respectful of your time, and careful with anything you share. A first conversation is simply that — a conversation.

You don’t need a polished package or a formal sales process. Tell me a little about the business and why you’re considering a change.
